Moving a User to a New Schedule

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Admin Panel and Manual Schedule Edits on the Grid

Step 1: Navigate to the Admin Panel and Assign the User to the New Group

  1. Go to the Admin Panel -> Groups & Schedules -> Assign Groups
  2. Locate the user and move them to the desired new Group

Step 2: Go to the Schedule Grid and Remove the User's Existing Shifts

  1. On the Grid, find the user's current Group
  2. Right-click on the first shift you want to remove and select "Remove Shifts From This Day Onward"
  3. In the pop-up window, leave the any boxes unchecked (i.e. "Time Off") to keep those entries on the Grid

Step 3: Add the New Shift Series for the User in the New Group

  1. On the Grid, locate the user's new Group
  2. Select "+ Shift Series"
  3. Configure the new Shift Series as desired

Note: Be cautious when making changes to the schedule to avoid disrupting other users' schedules.
