These dynamic adjustments affect the reported shift hours, not the scheduled shift hours. So if someone is working 6a-2p, and applies a 30 minute lunch period adjustment, the schedule would still show 6a-2p, but their timesheets, payroll hours, etc. will be adjusted up or down by 30 minutes following the custom form adjustment you configured.
