Reset Forgotten Password

There are several ways to reset your password.  If you are a non-supervisor and forget your password click on the Forgot your password? Click here text below the login form.

 

 

You will be asked to enter the email for your account, and then instructions on how to change the password on the account will be emailed to you.

 

 

Note: If your department uses Single Sign-on (SSO) with PACE please see your IT personnel to have them reset your password. You will not be able to reset your password with us.  Once you enter your email into the field provided, you will be presented with something similar to what is shown below. 

 

 

 

If you are not using SSO, You should receive an email similar to the one below.  All notification emails from Pace Scheduler should come from [email protected] - please follow your department's SOP regarding links from outside sources. That includes those provided by us. 

 

 

 


Change My Password

if you need to change your password while already logged in, please find your account at the top right of the page and click the carrot icon, then click Change Password

 

 

 

 


Change Another User's Password

As an administrator, you also have the ability to change a user’s password if he/she has forgotten it.

 

Go to Admin > Employees > Employees - you can change a user's password if you are not using the Single Sign-on (SSO) feature.  If you are using SSO, you will not see this option.  Please see your IT department if a user needs a password reset.
