If you need to run reports about usage for certain Time Offs/Overtimes/etc., the Shift Change report is a flexible way to build a report to show you every instance of the applicable types. This report allows you to query on any change that was made to the schedule.
To get to this report, go to "Admin" -> "Reports" -> "Shift Change Report".
The first part of the report allows you to filter on certain people or dates that you want to query on:
Once you have chosen the people and dates that are applicable to your query, click on "Generate Report".
In this bottom section, whatever is highlighted in Blue is what will show up in the bottom area, and whatever is un-checked will be hidden in the bottom area. For example, if you would like to see ONLY the Approved requests for Sick days and Vacation days you would do the following:
