Asset Usage Report

If your Scheduler site has Asset features enabled, you’ll also gain access to the Asset Usage Report. This report tracks where, when, how, assets were assigned, and to whom they were assigned. This should help you keep tabs on where your assets are/were at all times.

Generate the Report

First, you’ll want to specify the date range and users you want included on your asset usage report. You can select a specific user to see only the assets that were assigned to them, or you can include every user’s asset history.

Next, you’ll want to specify the date range to be evaluated. You can evaluate a single day, week, month, year, or whatever custom date range you desire.

Finally, click Generate Report.

Filter the Report

Now that you’ve harnessed all of the asset info for your selected user(s) and dates, you can filter it further using the on-screen buttons. These allow you to filter out specific Assets, or entire Asset Types altogether.

View the Report

You’ll see the asset name, who it was assigned to, what timeframe it was assigned for, any notes left on that asset at that time, how the asset was awarded (Permanent, Repeated, or individual check-outs), what Job Type that person held while they has that asset, and what assignment/beat/area/sone/etc. that person was working (if any) while they held that asset.

Export the Report

At the very bottom of the data table, you can export the info to an Excel file if you’d like.
