Scroll down, and you and you will see the following options. NOTE - some of these options will only apply to Admins/Supervisors.

  • Initial View After Login

This lets you choose your "home page" in Pace - on logging in, you will be taken to Daily Shifts, your Calendar, My Schedule, or the Admin Tab.

You can choose either "Current Period" or "Most Recently Viewed Period."

  • Default Schedule

You can choose between any of your available Schedule Views as your Default Schedule:

  • Notify on Extra Shifts for Groups

You can set which Group(s) you would like to be notified for when an Extra Shift is posted.

  • Notification Preference for Own Requests

You can choose whether to get a text, an email, both, or no notification when your requests are approved, rejected, or changed:

  • Notification Preference for Subordinate Requests

You can choose whether to get a text, an email, both, or no notification from subordinates when they submit a request:

If a supervisor or admin messages you directly by clicking on your name, they will see your preferred communication choice when messaging you. They may still message you via any medium, they will simply see your preference labeled:

  • Pending Request Daily Reminder Notification Preference

This setting determines whether you will receive a once-daily reminder email if you have any pending requests. "No Daily Reminder" means you will not be notified. "Daily Reminder for Requests Submitted to Me" will ONLY notify you if there is one or more unhandled pending requests submitted to you. "Daily Reminder for Subordinate Requests" will ONLY notify you if there is one or more unhandled pending requests from any of your subordinates.
